Guests at Misty Morning Cottages can access the Route 66 snowmobile trails directly in front of our cottages on Moosehead Lake once the trail has been marked by the Blue Ridge Riders Snowmobile Club which is typically done by the 3rd week of January.

The snowmobile club in Rockwood, the heart of Moosehead Lake. They sponsor a week-long ice fishing derby in March and host the annual pig roast every Labor Day.
